Creative technologies for teaching in a digital learning environment
"Creative technologies for teaching in a digital learning environment" is a project of "Bravo Technologies" Nonprofit Organisation - Stara Zagora under "Erasmus+" Key Action 1 Programme - Adult education staff mobility. It foresees transnational mobility of employees and trainers/teachers of the Organisation within the European Union for enhancing their capacity and professional opportunities. The aims of the project are intended to personal development of the participants and acquiring key competences, necessary to achieve innovation, quality of teaching and understanding of participants to build innovative digital learning environment. This will result in benefits for society, such as better utilisation of ICT, as a way of implementation and better life at different ages and different social fields.
In the project activities, it is foreseen 10 employees of the Organisation to participate, divided into 3 separate mobility activities which can be grouped in 2 main topics, as follows: mobility for improving the communication skills in English language for trainers/teachers and administrators working under international projects in Malta (Fluency and English Language Development for Teachers) and mobility for enhancing the competencies and skills of employees involved in training and providing digital learning environment respectively in Poland and Spain (WEB 2.0 for effective teaching and project work and How to make your school more digital). "Bravo Technologies" Nonprofit Organisation has set its short-term and long-term objectives, results expected and impact in accordance with the European Development Plan. It includes enhancing the interactivity and attractiveness in teaching methods based on high technologies for greater effectiveness in learning and greater sustainability of the knowledge obtained. The result expected is skills to be acquired based on shared European experience, applicable in native environment, creativity and discovery to be provoked in relation to methodologies and approaches, the opportunities for European involvement of the Organisation to be increased based on the use of communication skills in a foreign language and information and communication technologies. The long-term focus is the Organisation to be recognized in European sense. The efforts aimed at establishing a sense of European organization, working with European manner and approach. The awareness of the Organisation significance for the people in the local community and its place in the processes on solving problems, such as illiteracy, lack of entrepreneurship and realization, employment and etc. |
